We have a need for a full-time Solution Integration and QA engineer within our Azor, Israel office.
Position Title: Solution Integration and QA engineer
Reports to: Solution Development Lead
Status: Exempt
Areas of Responsibility
The candidate will take charge of the testing/evaluating/documenting best of breed Android MarketPlace services opportunity at Micronet. We’re committed to bring third party Android applications to a world that continually embraces mobile technology in fleet and workforce management applications. Starting with the build of the Micronet’s Marketplace software interface platform our customers will use to initiate services on Micronet hardware, to integrating third party Android applications, you will be a critical front-line evaluator of which services we should deploy first.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working in a small, separate, startup-like team of Micronet, you will analyze, test, document, and assist in determining which 3rd party mobile applications Micronet will use to supply the appropriates services our customers are looking for. Once selected a service will then need to be documented, level of documentation depends on the ownership of third party software. Micronet will undertake and work with marketing and operations to produce appropriate material to sell service and maintain the services revenue.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Good experience with Quality Assurance processes and procedures
- Experience with Android testing and debugging environments and tools
- Technical writing or other skills associated with documentation
- Working with outside partner software
- Mobile hardware experience preferred
- Fleet management software experience preferred
- 4 years professional experience as a QA engineer in diverse platforms with progressive responsibilities
- Comfortable working with multiple and/or new programs simultaneously

Preferred Education
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or EE
